The lobby is very large, modern and airy and similar to the other Mint hotels in Britain. It has floor to ceiling windows and modern furniture and fittings.

The City Cafe is based on the ground floor with street acces and the menu will be primarily modern British cuisine but will also feature locally sourced ingredients. Again, the decor and atmosphere will be very modern. The hotel also has a skylounge rooftop bar and barbecue area as well as a VIP meeting and dining room.
