The lobby is medium in size, elegant and efficient. The common areas have been recently renovated and are tastefully decorated with original coffered ceiling, cross vaults, stone arches and pillars. Next to the lobby area there is also a patio which maintains the main features of the original Franciscan cloister and has a big whirlpool open all year round. Adjoining the patio there is also a garden full of flowers and plants which creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel has a restaurant , Benedict , that serve typical cuisine from Tuscany and most of the product are D.O.P. The restaurant is open only for dinner from 19,30-23,30 and is closed on Sunday.
