Town House 12 is a completely new hotel, situated in a strategic position in Milan. It is close to the fair district and at the same time in a few minutes with public transports, you can reach the heart of the city. It is located in Piazza Gerusalemme and it is a small and discreet hotel, near to the commercial district.
The philosophy of well-being is carried out throughout the hotel, where the colours that prevail reflect a state of peace. Our 18 bedrooms have been tastefully furnished, with a great attention to all details, to satisfy our guests needs and requirements.
Our staff will be completely at guests disposal, for a relaxing and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Area Details:
As in all Town House Hotels our meeting point is represented by a long table where guests can enjoy the atmosphere and the breakfast. The main purpose is to create a meeting point of different languages and cultures, where communication at this day and age is fundamental. The long wood table with 24 chairs and our veranda creates a perfect meeting point for small press conferences, product presentations or food & beverages tasting.

Policies:
Please be advised the Town House 12 will be closd from July 1 through August 29, 2007 due to renovations. The ICEBAR will be moved to another location on June 27 and public areas, including Reception, Breakfast Room and Bar will be refurbished. We appreciate your understanding during this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
